On this note, Henry Ford is reported to have said,
“Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason why so few engage in it.”
The tools for distraction are a dime a dozen and nothing hobbles them. Focus and concentration of thoughts and actions are however strenuous. But they form the building blocks for all kinds of successes, even beyond our realm into that of the mystics and the occult.

Treat your fears as risk items and respond to them with an appropriate strategy. Avoid what is unmitigated trouble and that exceed your capacity to tackle and work out ways to mitigate risks that hold prospect for value and opportunities.
